Shipping Methods

We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders within 1KG and Express Shipping for orders over $200. You may see our examples below for the approximate order delivery time. These options do not guarantee any specific delivery date.

The Estimated Time of Delivery is automatically calculated based on the total amount of time required to process your order, production and delivery process as well as your shipping address. Normally our orders are shipped on or before this indicated date. However in some cases, when the item needs extra customization or is not readily available. In such cases shipping delays can occurs.

Please note: If the amount of the item purchased is large or there is a possibility of high-risk payment, we may perform security checks on your payment, which can cause delays in the processing of orders. We may need to contact you to carry out these security checks-if we are unable to reach you using the contact details provided it will delay the dispatch of your order.

Shipping Cost

Standard delivery is free of charge with your order. Free Express Shipping will be applied automatically to your order in checkout when the purchase amount is over $200. If you want to upgrade your shipping method for orders below $200, we’ll charge a specific shipping fee depending on the different countries.

Please kindly understand the shipping fee for return and reshipment is on your side, as for the refund, the original freight we sent your order is non-refundable.

How to track your order?

Once your order is ready to leave our warehouse, we will send you an automatic shipment email to the email address you have used to place your order with the tracking information, including tracking link of the shipping courtier and tracking number, then you will see the latest update of your parcel.

So please ensure you have given the right email address attached to your order so that you can receive the automatic shipment email from us, if you have not received the email in 3 days, you can send us an email to service@goldpoem.com asking for the shipment information. Gold Poem will be in contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible.

At the same time, you can also login your account to get the tracking number. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Click "Log in" on the right top corner of any webpage, and you will be taken to "My Account" dashboard page.
  2. Click "My Orders" on the left Menu, it will show you your recent orders.
  3. Click "View Order", you will be taken to the order detail page.
  4. Then click "Shipments" on the upper corner of the order detail page.
  5. You will see the tracking number on the bottom.

Please check your parcel before you accept the delivery. If your package has been damaged in transit, don’t hestitate to get in touch with us within 3 days, otherwise, we may not process it.

If you don't receive your parcel, please don't hestitate to get in touch with us within 15 days, otherwise, we may not process it.

International Orders

We offer international shipping on all orders worldwide like the United States, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, New Zealand, Spain and the UK. If you are located in another country and are interested in placing an order for our products, please contact service@goldpoem.com to place a special order. We only provide Express shipping on international orders and the delivery is not available for P.O. Box and APO.
